Please reach us at LittleDuckysSwimSchool@Gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes, we encourage parents to stay and watch their child's swim lesson. We just ask that you have a seat at our nearby outside table and watch from a distance, as not to distract your child from the lesson.
Yes. The pool is heated to at least 82 degrees.
Unfortunately, due to a very full schedule, we are not allowing refunds for missed lessons.
For lessons with 2 children, there is a discount of $5 per child per lesson.
We ask that if your child is experiencing any sniffles, sneezes, or other cold symptoms, that you remain at home and do not attend swim lessons until their symptoms resolve.
Yes, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your swim lesson in order to settle in and be ready for your lesson when you session begins.
We recommend bringing a towel, hair tie (for long hair), and goggles (which may or may not be used) during the swim session.
If you choose to apply sunscreen, please do so at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson.
Please ensure that your child uses the restroom before you come to swim lessons. There is no restroom available at Little Ducky's Swim School.
If your child is under 4 years of age or has recently been potty trained in the last 6 months, we ask that you ensure your child wears rubber underpants to their swim lesson.
Please ensure that your child does not eat or drink anything for 1 hour prior to their swim lesson.
Crying is okay and sometimes a natural part of swim lessons. Please allow us to work with your child and help get them comfortable with the water. Often times children will cry out to illicit a response from their parents. If a child is removed this will reinforce that crying will allow them to get removed from swim lessons. Please be patient. Our instructors will speak with you and together we will arrive at a solution that is best for the child.
Attendees and students are welcome to wear masks upon arrival and departure, however, masks will not be worn during swim lessons by students nor instructors.
We accept cash and Zelle. If paying with Zelle, I will send you a request for payment to either your email or phone number, whichever you prefer
